STEPS TO HIRE AN UIRAPURU

Step 1

After visiting the company, we sign an Agreement

Step 2

You tell us the apprentice profile for each vacancy, we pre-select and send 2 candidates per vacancy for the interview

Step 3

Once the candidate is chosen, your company hires the apprentice and we issue the individual apprenticeship contract

Step 4

Every month, the company invests in the training of each apprentice hired through a collaborative fee to Uirapuru and we support the journey of the company and the young person during the apprenticeship
