Every project starts with a dream. Agora Vai was born in 2021, when the management of Nichibrás, at the time our partner for 10 years, wanted to do something for the young people who lived in the neighborhoods near the company. They contacted Uirapuru and the dream was put into practice. After listening to Nichibrás’ idea and needs and bringing Uirapuru’s experience, we built an ideal project together: Nichibrás willing to offer all the necessary support, educators already prepared for the challenge, and young people who were eager to learn, needed to work and were also prepared to face the challenge.

And so Agora Vai was born! A project that supports and educates young people who want to write their own future.

Agora Vai is a free course, held on Saturdays, lasting 11 months, aimed at young people aged 16 to 19 from the public school system, who live on the premises of the Nichibrás company (Jardim Pinheiros, Pinheirinho and Santa Clara). The course offers classes in Oral and Written Communication, as well as training in Word and Excel, with an emphasis on developing the appropriate posture for the corporate environment.

The project is aligned with the mission of the Uirapuru Project to welcome, support and prepare young people for the challenges of life and the job market, providing a caring and demanding environment, where each young person can develop their full potential.

Once they conclude the program, the young people are selected to work as apprentices at Nichibrás.
