BEST APPRENTICE PROGRAM

BEST APPRENTICE PROGRAM

In our nest, we also spread the wings of the Best Apprentice Program. This program is more than an opportunity to enter the job market; it is a chance for transformation, based on Law 10.097, which requires companies to have at least 5% of Young Apprentices within their staff.

In the Best Apprentice Program, we welcome young people between the ages of 16 and 24 who are studying or have completed public high school. They are hired by our partner companies not only to perform tasks, but to learn a profession. The weekly schedule is carefully divided: 24 hours are dedicated to Practical Learning at the hiring company, and 6 hours are reserved for Theoretical Learning at the Uirapuru Project, where they complement their experiences with technical and behavioral knowledge.

What makes our apprentices special? Many of them have already completed the Education for Work Program, our job preparation course.

These young people are more than just apprentices; they are potential talents, eager to apply what they have learned and willing to contribute with innovation and dedication. They carry with them the essence of the Uirapuru Project: the confidence that, with the right tools and the necessary support, they can fly higher than they ever imagined. The Best Apprentice Program is the natural extension of this journey, where our young people discover their place in the professional world and prepare to transform the future.
