Get to know the Heydenreich Foundation
The Foundation trains and supports low-income young people to enter the job market, thus transforming their lives. It was founded in 1931 by German immigrants who, having had job opportunities in Brazil, wanted to give back and make a difference in education in the country. Throughout its history, it has made important contributions to projects linked to education and social development. Since 2007, in addition to supporting other projects, the Foundation has maintained its own project, Uirapuru.

Leticia works as Chief Operating Officer of Freitas Leite Advogados, having accumulated positions of financial or operational director in other companies previously. She is the treasurer of the Foundation and is a member of the investment committee.

With extensive experience in the corporate market, Frank participates on several Boards of Directors, Advisory Boards, Governance, Audit and Risk Committees and Fiscal Councils. Member of our Investment Committee.
Tania Heydenreich
Tania Heydenreich
Over 25 years working in a leadership position in a multinational reinsurance company. At the Foundation, she is currently responsible for fundraising and partnerships.

Accountant, has worked for over 40 years in the management and advisory services of non-profit institutions. He has been a member of the board since 1998.

Extensive experience in Foreign Trade, having worked in national and international companies, with an emphasis on international transportation. He was a member of the Rotary Club São Paulo – Interlagos for several years.

A former student of the first class of Uirapuru, he has over 15 years of experience in information technology consulting, with a focus on law firms. He currently manages his own technology solutions company.
